Prior to New Employee Orientation (NEO):

 

  1. Ensure you arrange to have your fingerprints captured prior to orientation.

  2. Complete the mandatory on-line Federal Background Investigation (E-QIP*).

  3. Print and complete all 'mandatory' forms (located in the table below).

 

NEO Checklist - Things to bring on your first day:

 

  1. All mandatory forms completed in full.

  2. Two (2) forms of identification with the same name (refer to your I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form for list of acceptable documents).

  3. E-QIP signature forms (print out at the completion of the questionnaire).
