Prior to New Employee Orientation (NEO):
Ensure you arrange to have your fingerprints captured prior to orientation.
Complete the mandatory on-line Federal Background Investigation (E-QIP*).
Print and complete all 'mandatory' forms (located in the table below).
NEO Checklist - Things to bring on your first day:
All mandatory forms completed in full.
Two (2) forms of identification with the same name (refer to your I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form for list of acceptable documents).
E-QIP signature forms (print out at the completion of the questionnaire).

* Attention VA to VA transfers only! If you have attended the VA 101 and/or Patient Centered Care training at your losing stations, provide Human Resources copies of the certificates (TMS). If you do not have proof of completion, you will attend the training in New Employee Orientation.
